Would someone please explain to me how 38 cases of alleged voter fraud (only 13 convictions) nationally between October 2002 and Septemeber 2005 (during the Bush administration) equates to a massive problem that requires extreme measures to ensure our elections are fair?
Fair for whom?
Certainly not fair for the Republican-appointed attorneys who failed to ratchet up more fraud cases.
