The Attorney General's interests must first and foremost be those of the citizens of the United States. And yet, we have a former AG (Gonzalez) referring to Bush as his client, and having it explained that the current AG believes that is the correct relationship, too. We also have a White House staffer who believes that an oath she read when she went to the White House was to the president.
